When LiNK-forms are submitted, these are available for review on the Review LiNK Form page.
To open this page select View from the main menu and then Review LiNK Form from the sub-menu.
This opens the Unprocessed Form Submissions page where any unprocessed form submissions can be previewed and processed.
Once processed, the submission is removed from the list and is available as a Document.
Submitted forms are listed on the left with 5 columns showing;
- Document number
- Submission date
- Site
- Submitted By (where included)
- Provided By (where included)
Search Form Submissions
To search for content of submitted forms, key in the word or term in the search field then press Enter from your keyboard. Only those submission forms with content that include your Search term will be listed. To clear the search click the X on the right.
To refresh the list to view all forms, clear the search field and press Enter.
Any Column can be sorted by clicking into the column header.
Preview Form Submission
To preview the information submitted from a form, from the list, click on the line (not the Document number) and the information submitted shows in the Preview pane to the right.
Attachments can only be viewed once the submission form has been added as a Document.
Process Form Submission
To process a submitted form, click on the Document number which opens a new Document with the submitted details showing in the Document Content.
Any attachments included with the form submission will be available as a Document Attachment once the Form has been processed.

Viewing Tips
To view a video at full screen, click on the 'Full screen' button.
To adjust the playback speed (decrease or increase) click on the 3 dots and select Playback speed.
Captions display best if the mouse or touch-pad are not moved or engaged once playing.
Videos have no audio.
