Homepage
The Homepage is your landing page whenever you login to ModalConnect. There are three main tables available on the Homepage which list the following;
- My Recent Files
- My Recent Documents
- My Active Tasks
These 3 tables list up to 10 of the Files, Documents and Tasks that you have been most recently updating or Tasks that have recently been assigned to you.
The lists includes the following active links.
- File Title or Number- opens the associated File
- Document Title or Number - opens the selected Document on the Document Details page. File Title -opens the related File
- Task Title - opens the Task or File Title opens the related File
Sort columns - the column data in the lists can be sorted alphabetically or numerically by clicking into the column header.
View All
To see all Files or Documents or Tasks that you have permissions to see, click View All from the lower right side of each list.
- View All Files - opens the Organisation Files page.
- View All Documents - opens the Organisation Documents page.
- View All Tasks - opens the Organisation Tasks page.
Navigating back to the Homepage
To navigate back to the Homepage from any other window click on the ModalConnect logo to the left of the main top menu.
